Who Sends These Messages

Text messages are sent by DealMako LLC and by DealMako customers (real estate investors and wholesalers) who have collected consent from the recipient to receive messages about their property.

Message Types

You may receive text messages related to potential property purchase offers, including property inquiries, appointment scheduling, cash offer notifications, and follow-up communications.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month per sender.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out. We also honor the keywords END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, QUIT, REVOKE, and OPTOUT, as well as any other clear request to stop receiving messages. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent.

Supported Carriers

Compatible with all major US carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent and Message Record Retention

DealMako LLC retains records of your consent, any opt-out request, and the logs of messages sent to you (message content, delivery status, and timestamps) for at least 4 years after the last message sent to you, and for longer where our Privacy Policy or applicable law requires it, to demonstrate compliance with applicable messaging laws. These records are excluded from routine data-deletion requests.
