How the math works

Formula

ARV = Average sale price of 3–6 comparable sold properties

ARV is the projected market value of a property after all repairs are complete. The most accurate ARV comes from averaging 3–6 recent sold comps within ½ mile, similar in size, age, beds, and baths. More comps = more reliable estimate.
